Penguin Wall Art Set Arctic Trio

Handcrafted Penguin Wall Art Set with Preserved Moss

The Penguin Wall Art Set transforms bare interior walls into a tactile display using authentic preserved Reindeer Moss (Iceland Moss). Each silhouette depicts a distinct penguin stance, ranging from a shy posture with flippers inward to an outstretched jumping silhouette. Mounted on a rigid plywood backing plate measuring 0.12–0.24″ (3–6 mm) thick, these panels introduce organic texture into bedrooms, playrooms, and contemporary workspaces without demanding daylight or humidity.

Preserved through a natural mineral salt and glycerin solution, the moss replaces living sap while retaining its flexible, cushioned feel indefinitely. It does not grow, dry out, or release airborne spores, making it clean for everyday residential spaces. The precision-cut wooden frames establish crisp outlines that contrast cleanly against painted drywall or wood-paneled surfaces.

Technical Specifications and Sizing Options

Each piece in the Arctic Trio is fabricated across three standard dimensional choices to suit compact corners or broad accent walls. You can arrange the trio in a playful horizontal line, stack them vertically, or integrate them into gallery clusters. The lightweight construction prevents excessive load on wall fixings while maintaining structural flatness over seasonal temperature shifts.

Every panel arrives ready for immediate mounting out of the shipping carton. Pre-attached rear hardware ensures secure attachment, while the durable plywood foundation prevents flexing or bending during installation.

Care Instructions and Shipping Information

Unlike living indoor plants, preserved Reindeer Moss (Iceland Moss) thrives entirely without water, misting, or fertilizer. Direct exposure to intense ultraviolet light should be avoided to prevent premature color fading. Maintaining standard indoor ambient humidity between 40% and 60% ensures the lichen stays tactile and pliable for years.

• Preservation Standard: Natural lichen treated with non-toxic humectants to maintain elasticity without watering.
• Hygroscopic Action: Naturally absorbs and releases room moisture, acting as a passive indoor humidity indicator.
• Hardware Included: Ships with matching drywall anchors and screws for fast setup.
• Shipping Terms: Free shipping within 10–30 business days on all orders.

Routine care requires zero soil maintenance or trimming. If ambient dust settles on the lichen texture over time, clean the contours gently using a soft electrostatic duster or a hair dryer on a cold, low-speed setting.
