Mosarium Color Oasis – Moss in a Glass Jar with White Stones

Geometric Architecture and Natural Elements

Introducing moss in a glass jar brings preserved greenery into residential and commercial environments without maintenance demands. The Mosarium Color Oasis features a clear rectangular glass planter framed in black solder with an internal curving glass wave. This structural divider physically separates the lower layer of tumbled white marble stones from the preserved Reindeer Moss (Iceland Moss) canopy above. The stark contrast between the bright white mineral base and the botanical texture defines the visual geometry.

Preserved through a mineral salt and glycerin solution, the moss retains its spongy softness and natural elasticity for up to ten years. It does not grow, dry out, or shed under standard indoor conditions. Because biological activity is permanently suspended, the arrangement requires zero water, misting, soil, or sunlight. Keep the installation indoors, away from direct UV exposure and severe humidity fluctuations, to ensure lasting color stability.

Technical Dimensions and Container Specifications

Each display stands at a uniform vertical height of 3.9 inches (10 cm), engineered as a low-profile centerpiece that maintains clear sightlines across dining tables, executive desks, and conference stations. The lengths span from compact 11.8-inch desktop units to elongated 39.3-inch architectural runs, providing proportional scale for diverse shelving depths and console surfaces.

Botanical Palette and Customization Options

The preserved Reindeer Moss is available in seven distinct dyed tones, allowing precise coordination with existing interior finishes. Pigments bond directly into the lichen structure during preservation, preventing fading under indirect indoor lighting. Each color selection provides uniform depth across every tuft.

• Spring Green: Light leafy tone reflecting fresh growth.
• Medium Green: Balanced forest hue matching natural woodland foliage.
• Green: Deep emerald tone providing a strong botanical presence.
• Yellow: Warm solar pigment highlighting the intricate branching of the lichen.
• Blue: Cool tone delivering deliberate contrast against the white base stones.
• Red: Saturated crimson shade for bold accent requirements.
• Pink: Muted magenta hue suited for modern minimalist styling.

Assembly, Placement, and Care Guidelines

Every unit ships with components packaged separately to prevent glass breakage or stone shifting in transit. The package contains the soldered glass vessel, washed white stones, and conditioned moss clusters. Setup takes minutes: spread the white stones along the lower wave cavity, then seat the moss cushions snugly above the partition to form a dense canopy.

• Logistics: Free shipping within 10–30 business days.
• Light Exposure: Requires zero sunlight; avoid placement in direct sunlight to prevent drying.
• Irrigation: Never water, mist, or place in water baths.
• Room Humidity: Maintains suppleness between 40% and 60% relative humidity.
