Moss in a Jar with White Stones – Green Garden Planter

Architectural Moss in a Jar with White Stones

The Moss in a Jar with White Stones brings structured botanical design to interior desks, conference tables, and residential shelving. The piece consists of a transparent rectangular glass container wrapped in a black powder-coated geometric wire frame. Inside, a foundation of smooth white stones supports a dense upper tier of preserved reindeer moss (Iceland moss). The resulting contrast between crisp white mineral rock, dark linear framing, and organic foliage creates a disciplined accent suited for clean desks and minimalist spaces.

Unlike standard potted flora, this preserved moss centerpiece requires no soil, sunlight, drainage, or irrigation. The preservation fluid replaces natural sap, fixing the cellular structure so the foliage retains its soft texture and dimensional volume for up to a decade. The arrangement never drops leaves, emits pollen, or develops mold.

Component Assembly and Material Specifications

Each unit ships disassembled to ensure the glass structure arrives intact. The package contains the custom glass planter, the exterior geometric lattice, vacuum-sealed white stones, and conditioned reindeer moss. Setup takes less than five minutes: pour the washed stones evenly across the glass base, then settle the moss cushions along the top layer.

Because the organic moss is preserved rather than alive, placing it in dark interior hallways, low-light basements, or windowless executive offices causes zero deterioration. Keep the unit away from direct, harsh sunlight and high-heat vents to prevent the mineral color from fading over extended periods.

Planter Dimensions and Specifications

All configurations share a uniform container height of 10 cm (3.9 inches), maintaining a low profile that preserves sightlines across dining tables and meeting desks.
